From the short drive up the hill, to the warm welcome by the staff, to the moment they open up your “home” for the week, anticipation was growing. Once I stepped in and saw the view from the terrace, I knew we booked the right place for our family trip! Our villa was immaculate, everything worked like it should, and our location on the property was phenomenal! We had never been to Cabo before, and now we ALL agree this may just be the place we go every summer! PS. The owner is fabulous!

We have two girls, ages12 and 14, so we were looking for a place that we could spread out and everyone could have their own space. This unit was perfect since the girls had their own beds and the third full bathroom was a bonus. The balcony could probably fit 40 people and had a perfect view of the arch and Marriage Beach (after the cruise ship left). We used the swim up pool bar daily and the girls enjoyed the heated pool and hot tubs. The pool and hot tubs were never crowded and there was never an issue finding available lounge chairs. There are a couple rows of lounge chairs on the beach reserved for the guests and food and drink service was provided there too. The food at the poolside restaurant was great and we went to the sports bar at the sister property next door to watch the Stanley Cup Finals games. Overall, this place was exactly what we were looking for. Gracias!

We loved the property and the condo. My husband and I stayed with our 18 month old along with our cousin and their 2 year old. The pool was fantastic and the service was excellent. The condo itself is very nice - and with some quick toddler proofing was perfect for our family. The views are amazing and the balcony is very spacious.

The four of us stayed here for a week in early February. The villa is on the 6th floor and it is very nicely furnished and very spacious. The wonderful terrace is huge too. The view of the Land’s End and the pool area is spectacular, especially when sitting on the terrace. Both bedrooms have direct access to the terrace, and as well as the living room. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV and bathroom. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub, but we didn’t use it. The 3rd bathroom by the kitchen/dining area is a great extra. The living room also has large flat screen TV, satellite, and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and we love using the grill on the terrace for BBQ. On the terrace there’s a mini refrigerator, wet bar, and plenty of chairs, tables, and 2 lounge chairs. The pool area is very nice, and so is the pool-side restaurant. The swim-up bar was really fun too. We wish that people at the pool area would not leave just their towels on the lounge chairs for hours without being there. This resort should have a rule like some other resorts that we stayed at. If no one is there for an hour or longer with only towels on lounge chairs, then the towels should be removed. All the staff at the resort were very helpful and friendly. The small convenience store and deli were a very short walk from the villa. Great place to pick up last-minute things, especially if you don’t have a car. If we go back to Cabo San Lucas again, we will definitely stay here.

Everything is exactly as it appears in the photos. Beautiful all the way around! Very comfortable accommodations and the view...AMAZING! The best in the complex! The resort is stunning, extremely clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We will be back again for more Cabo memories!

This was our second visit to Villa La Estancia and staying in unit 2602. It was just as wonderful this time as is was the first! The resort grounds are beautiful and the staff are a joy to be around! The unit has the most amazing view and the balcony is our favorite spot to begin and end the day. The villa is beautifully appointed and offered everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Shelby is wonderful to work with! Her notes on traveling to Cabo, places to visit, things to do and where to eat became our “bible”. It made our whole visit more enjoyable! We couldn’t ask for anything more!

Our 1st visit to Cabo San Lucas was over a decade ago, and we decided to return to Villa La Estancia, because we enjoyed our previous stay, and are familiar with the choices we would have for meals and entertainment. The villa we rented was very clean, spacious and had a gorgeous view of Land's End. The resort staff are very friendly and prompt to see to your needs. We enjoyed several meals on the property and the adjoining sister resorts. We will be sure to stay at Villa La Estancia the next time we visit Cabo!

We really enjoyed our first family trip to Cabo and loved Villa La Estancia and Shelby's villa. The resort is gorgeous, the service outstanding and the views from the villa are spectacular! We spent a lot of time on the villa's deck, down by the pool and on the beach, enjoying great service, food and drinks along the way. We took advantage of many of Shelby's tips and tricks and appreciated having her guide as a handy reference. We look forward to a return visit in the future and will definitely stay at Shelby's villa again!

The villa was perfect. We absolutely loved it! Very spacious with amazing view of El Arco from our balcony! It was the perfect place for a girlfriends mini-weekend getaway. We will definitely come back again!

This is by FAR the best place we have ever stayed!! The pictures were spot on but still when we walked in my breath was taken away!! I could sit on the deck and stare at the ocean for hours on end! We decided that we want to come back to this same condo every year!! The kitchen was well stalked. We cooked every day. The resort was BEAUTIFUL! Weather was PERFECT!

The condo complex was immaculate. The condo itself was very well maintained. Outstanding views of Land's End from the spacious balcony. Shelby really went out of her way to provide detailed information and recommendations for transportation, restaurants, and activities. This resort really is top notch in the way of service and amenities.

Just returned from a five day stay to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday. The villa was even better than we expected! It was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The best part was the large patio that overlooked the grounds and beautiful ocean! We spent every morning and evening out there. So relaxing! The resort itself was gorgeous, clean and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Everyone spoke at least some English and were always willing to help us improve our Spanish. The pool was perfect - relaxing but also fun with a swim up bar and great food and drinks (La Estancia margarita was our favorite!) My mom had injured her knee before our trip so we didn't do as much exploring as we had wanted but just an excuse to go back again! Cabs into town were easy to get and reasonably priced ($9 USD). We had breakfast at The Office, explored around the marina, visited Slim's Elbow Room, shopped for souvenirs, and stopped for the occasional tequila shot and cerveza along the way. Had a nice birthday dinner at Edith's which had great food, service and ambiance. Shelby provided an extensive list of tips and recommendations which was very helpful - thank you! Can't wait to return!

Perfect location close enough yet far enough from the craziness on Medina beach. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

I stayed here last week and it was truly spectacular. Visited other units throughout resort and this unit is truly the best of its kind. Amazing views, top of the line furnishings/finishes and great location. Owner was kind and helpful providing information regarding activities and transportation. Definitely recommend and will be staying again for my next trip to Cabo!

The unit was beautiful and comfortable, and the deck was very inviting, with perfect views of the entire courtyard of the property on out toward "Los Arcos" and lovers beach. The staff was amazing, the service was very friendly, pleasant, and truly helpful. We found this to be the case everywhere, from Villa La Estancia to the restaurants in town, cab drivers, everyone. It was wonderful. We chose Villa La Estancia because of its location (close enough to town to walk, although we cabbed it often. A water taxi is a fun way to get to town too), and since it's on a swimming beach. Even the beach vendors were happy and friendly! If we come back to Cabo and stay at the Cabo San Lucas side of town, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. And I'd start with Shelby and her units! She was very responsive and friendly, like everyone in Cabo. That place must bring out the best in people! The onsite restaurants, bars (including swim up) and beach food and drink service is signed to the room (so you don't have to worry about cash) and the prices were reasonable. Sometimes in resorts like this its a bit of a shock when you get the check-out bill, but we did not find that to be the case at all.

This is one of the nicer resorts in Cabo. The Villa was a perfect fit for our vacation and we hated to leave. This was our 4th trip to La Estancia and Shelby was extremely helpful in making the trip "easy". The Villa was like "home" as soon as we walked in the door. Furniture and beds were very nice and comfortable. We spent most of our evenings grilling/dining on the spacious patio. The location is just the right distance from downtown and restaurants. Villa La Estancia's staff have always been courteous and responsive. Definitely on our "Going To Do It Again" list!

This property was amazing. This was our first vacation after the loss of our son and we were already anxious. The place was very clean, comfortable and peaceful. We'd stay here again!!

Location is great on Medano Beach!

We loved this villa for the view of Land's End and Sea of Cortez. It was clean and beautiful and perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teenagers, 1 tween). This resort has all of the amenities, you need to never leave the resort, but it's also close to Medano Beach and downtown Cabo San Lucas for nightlife, marina activities, and shopping.

We enjoyed the Villa and all the resort had to offer. The Villa was clean and spacious and beds were comfortable!! The pool area and outdoor bar were very fun. Restaurants on site were very good. I would go back and rent again from Shelby! Loved all the tips you gave us about the area they came in handy when making reservations and trying to get around town!

Villa La Estancia is a great location and the condo and accommodations were terrific. The staff was very helpful. Easy access to the pool and beach. Several restaurants on site provided multiple dining options. Wi-Fi in the condo was weak but better on the patio or around the pool.

We just finished our 6th trip to Villa La Estancia in Cabo San Lucas. Each time it only gets better. The facilities and amenities at Villa La Estancia are second to none. On all of our trips we have stayed in Shelby's Condos. Both are well appointed with spectacular views. There is everything you need to call her places your home. We love the location and ease of access to the Marina and easy access to transportation wherever you wish to go. Rest assured we will be back!

The resort was amazing. Location to downtown Cabo was a quick cab ride or a nice walk on a cool evening. The villa floor plan was great for a family, the pool and beach was great too. Shelby the owner was super responsive and provided a very detailed overview of the resort and provided some excellent restaurant recommendations that we loved. Looking forward to coming again.

The place was as described and very well maintained. The staff and location were great, we will definitely stay there again!

Had a great time at this villa. Loved the updates by the seller and how the property was split. I have stayed in many different villas there and this one was cool because it was one 1 bed 1.5 bath suite and across the way was the other one bed which was perfect for my mom to stay in. Great time and location of the villa was great to as it was close to the elevator but not too close. I'd stay there again for sure. Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Tourists without a Car
